Ajtte is the most important Saami museum in Sweden, it is set in Jokkmokk a few km above the Arctic Circle, in Swedish Lapland. Here visitors can trace the Saami history, learn habit and traditions as well as see object cannot find in other places such as shaman drums survived to the fires of Saami Christianization. There’s a restaurant also serving traditional Saami dishes. If you cannot travel there now be patient, coming soon slideshow and videoclip.
